How long does it take?
Usually 15–45 working days after submission, depending on the embassy and season. Start at least 2 months before travel — try our planning tool above.
Does the applicant need to go to Bangkok?
First-time Schengen applicants must attend once in person for fingerprints. If fingerprints were taken within the last 59 months, we can submit on their behalf.
What documents are needed?
Every embassy is different. After your consultation we send a personal checklist and handle the hard parts — including the District Office.
How many countries and days does it cover?
All 29 Schengen countries, for up to 90 days in any 180-day period.
Do we need to be in Hua Hin?
No — we're based in Hua Hin but serve clients all over Thailand. Consult and send documents online, and on submission day we travel to the visa centre to look after you.
