🌐 Your document's route
Thailand joins the Apostille Convention on 28 February 2027. Documents for member countries will then only need an apostille instead of MFA + embassy legalization; non-member countries keep the current system. Not sure which applies to you? Ask us — we're ready for both.
Foreign documents — birth, marriage or divorce certificates, single-status letters, name changes — used at a Thai district office, immigration or court usually need a Thai translation certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Some also need certifying in the issuing country or at their embassy first. We check for free which steps yours needs. Translation + Thai MFA certification from just 1,900 THB.

I don't live in Hua Hin — can you still help?
Yes. Send us a photo on WhatsApp or LINE first. When we need the originals, post them by EMS or registered mail from any province, and we'll send everything back to your door when it's done.
I have a foreign document to use in Thailand. What do I need?
Foreign documents used by Thai authorities — a district office, immigration or a court — usually need a Thai translation certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Some also need certifying in the issuing country or at their embassy first. We handle the whole process, with translation + Thai MFA certification from just 1,900 THB. Send a photo for a free check.
What's the difference between translation, MFA legalization and embassy legalization?
A certified translation turns your document into the required language. MFA legalization confirms the Thai document or translation is official for use abroad. Embassy legalization is an extra stamp some countries require from their own embassy in Bangkok. We'll tell you exactly which steps your document needs.
When do I need notarization?
Notarization is usually requested when a document will be used abroad and the receiving authority wants a notary to confirm a signature, a true copy or a translation — for example consent letters for children travelling, or certified passport copies. Tell us where your document is going and we'll confirm whether it's needed.
Do I need to go to Bangkok?
No. We take your originals to Bangkok, submit them and bring them back to you.
What changes with the Apostille Convention?
Thailand's membership takes effect on 28 February 2027. After that, documents for member countries should only need an apostille instead of MFA plus embassy legalization. Countries that aren't members will still need full legalization. Details are still being published, so we'll confirm the right route for your document.
Can you translate documents for my visa application?
Yes — translations for travel visas, partner visas and Thai immigration are among our most common requests.
I'm registering my marriage in Thailand. Can you help?
Yes. We translate and legalize the documents for marriage registration and can also handle embassy legalization of your Thai marriage certificate afterwards.
