US visa questions
What is a B-1/B-2 visa?
B-1 is for short business trips such as meetings or conferences; B-2 is for tourism and visiting family. Most applicants receive a single combined B-1/B-2 visa.
Does ฿11,900 include the visa fee?
Yes — the $185 MRV fee is included. Not included: the $250 Visa Integrity Fee, which the embassy may charge at issuance, and travel to the interview.
Does the applicant need to attend an interview?
Yes. Since September 2025, almost all applicants must interview in person at the US Embassy Bangkok or Consulate General Chiang Mai — it can't be done by proxy.
Do we need to be in Hua Hin?
No — we're based in Hua Hin but serve clients all over Thailand. Consult and send documents online; we prepare everything, and the applicant attends the interview in Bangkok or Chiang Mai.
Is there a refund if the visa is refused?
No. Because the outcome depends on the interview and the officer's discretion, this service has no refund or free re-application, and the MRV fee is non-refundable by the embassy.
How long is the visa valid?
Most Thai nationals receive a multiple-entry visa valid for up to 10 years, but validity is at the officer's discretion. The length of each stay is set by US border officers on arrival.
