Does ฿16,990 really include the visa fee?
Yes. It includes the Australian visa fee, required translation and certification, a cover letter and the whole application. No hidden costs.
How long can they stay in Australia?
Usually 3, 6 or 12 months per visit, depending on travel history and the officer's discretion.
Do they have to give biometrics in person?
Usually yes, at the AVAC / VFS Global centre for each application — except some cases where biometrics were given before on the same valid passport, which may use the Australian Immi App instead. We book the appointment and go with them on the day.
What does "genuine visitor" mean?
For a visitor visa (subclass 600), the officer must be satisfied the trip is a genuine, temporary visit and the applicant will return to Thailand. There's no required form or letter for this, but a clear cover letter backed by consistent evidence makes the case much stronger — we prepare it in Thai and English.
Is there a visa sticker in the passport?
No — it's an e-Visa linked to the passport digitally. There's no sticker or stamp.
What if the visa is refused?
You choose: we lodge a second application for free — including the visa fee and translations for the second round — after analysing the reasons and strengthening the case, or you receive a partial refund of the service fee, under terms agreed before we start.
How long does processing take?
Around 2–4 weeks, depending on document completeness and official queues. We recommend applying at least 2 months before travel.
We don't live in Hua Hin — can you still help?
Yes. We're based in Hua Hin but serve clients all over Thailand. Consultations and documents can be handled online, and we travel to the biometrics centre to support the applicant on the day.
