UK Visa FAQ
Where do I go for biometrics, and do I have to go in person?
Yes — you must attend VFS Global in Bangkok or Chiang Mai in person every time you apply. Biometrics cannot be done by a representative, and they must be re-collected for each new application. We book the appointment for you and guide you through the process.
What's the difference between Standard, Priority and Super Priority?
Standard: decision in 15–45 working days / Priority: 3–5 working days (฿25,000) / Super Priority: 1 working day (฿48,000). Priority fees are charged by UKVI and are included in the package price.
How many times can I enter the UK with a long-term visa?
Long-term visas are Multiple Entry — you can enter and exit as many times as you like during the validity period. Each stay is limited to a maximum of 6 months.
What happens if my visa is refused?
We resubmit your application at no extra cost — including the visa fee and translation. You pay absolutely nothing more.
Can I use a UK visa to travel to Europe?
No — the UK is not part of the Schengen Area. A UK visa and a Schengen visa are separate. We offer both services if you need both.
