How are you different from other agents?
We don't just collect documents from a checklist. We analyse each case individually, find what an officer might question, and build the evidence and income breakdown to answer it before submission — and we collect, translate and certify the documents too.
Is the visa fee really included?
Yes. Package prices include the UKVI visa fee — and the Priority fee if you choose it. No hidden costs.
How long does it take?
Standard processing is about 3 weeks after biometrics, longer in peak season. In a hurry? Choose Priority (about 5 working days) or Super Priority (about 1 working day).
Does the applicant need to attend in person?
Yes — every time, at a VFS Global centre; it can't be done by proxy. We book the appointment and prepare the file, and the passport is returned the same day.
Do we need to be in Hua Hin?
No — we're based in Hua Hin but serve clients all over Thailand. Consult and send documents online, and on biometrics day we travel to the VFS centre to look after you.
What if the visa is refused?
You choose: we re-apply with no additional service fee, or you receive a partial refund of the service fee, under terms agreed before we start.
What are the eVisa and UKVI account?
Since 2026, UK visitor visas are digital eVisas with no passport sticker. Visa holders need a UKVI account to view and prove their status. We set it up after approval, link the correct passport and show you how to use it.
Can a UK visa be used for Europe?
No — the UK is not part of the Schengen Area. For Europe you need a separate Schengen visa.
